LIS Data Solutions joins the Cluster as a partner and participates in the development of a strategic diagnosis that identifies cross-cutting needs and bottlenecks in the sector.
The Cluster’s Secretary General, Daniel Rueda, and Pablo Izquierdo, Head of Industry at LIS Data Solutions, ratified the collaboration agreement whereby the technology-based company joins as a new partner.
LIS Data Solutions, a Cantabrian company specializing in advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence applied to the industrial environment, focuses its activity on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and supporting decision-making in complex environments through the integration and transformation of industrial data into strategic information.
As part of this collaboration, during November and December the company carried out a project with several companies associated with the Cluster, consisting of the preparation of diagnoses focused on the implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence and Big Data. The sessions, held at the partners’ own facilities, made it possible to assess the degree of digital maturity, analyze the quality and availability of data, and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as systems integration, production planning, and maintenance management.
As a result, each participating company has received a detailed roadmap with prioritised initiatives and monitoring metrics. However, the main strategic value lies in the aggregate report prepared for the Cluster, which acts as a collective roadmap and identifies cross-cutting needs and bottlenecks among member companies. Based on this common diagnosis, the entity will promote a new open innovation initiative aimed at developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that provide a joint response to these challenges.
