This salary guide has established itself as a reference tool for strategic talent management and remuneration decision-making in the industry in La Rioja and the Ebro Valley.
The La Rioja Automotive Cluster and the consulting firm Personas y Estrategia have launched the second edition of the Remuneration Study for the industrial sector in La Rioja and the Ebro Valley, an initiative that has established itself as the best strategic tool for analysing and managing talent in the region’s industrial fabric.
The first edition of the Study received a high level of satisfaction from its participants: 92% confirmed that the tool helped them to better understand the salary positioning of their company and the different professional profiles. In addition, 83% expressed their intention to use the information obtained to adjust their remuneration policy in order to improve talent recruitment and retention, reinforcing its value as a strategic tool.
This new edition comes with important new features:
- Significant increase in industrial employability in the region: new industrial companies in the target region have joined, bringing the number of workers analysed up by more than 40% compared to the first edition, which means that this second edition covers almost 4,300 employees.
- Biannual frequency: the study will now be conducted every two years, allowing for a more in-depth and consolidated analysis of remuneration trends in the medium term. The next edition will not be held until 2027.
- Last open enrolment period: interested industrial companies can still consult further details or enrol in this edition until 31 July by contacting Raül Llovet at raul.llovet@aeiriojaautomocion.es or on 941 271 271.
The methodology of the Study is designed to offer salary comparisons by professional profile or experience. The tool provides information for making objective decisions regarding remuneration policy, attracting people, retaining talent and, ultimately, becoming more competitive in the labour market.
Personas y Estrategia, key partners for a more competitive industry
This second edition once again benefits from the technical leadership of Personas y Estrategia, a firm specialising in human resources consulting, which acts as a strategic partner of the La Rioja Automotive Cluster. The collaboration between the two entities is not limited to the methodological design and execution of the Remuneration Study, but also extends to other key areas of action for the Cluster in the field of talent management, organisational models and strategic people planning.
With this second edition, the Automotive Cluster and Personas y Estrategia reinforce their commitment to the development of an advanced, sustainable and people-centred industry, convinced that human capital is an increasingly essential driver of business transformation and competitiveness.
